Our Corporate team specializes in the design of office buildings for federal and state government agencies and private sector clients. Their experience includes all facets of a project from building evaluations and existing condition assessments, through conceptual design and final construction documents.  They have completed numerous large-scale renovations that have included: security systems, electric power distribution systems, HVAC systems, lighting, and domestic and chilled water systems for a wide variety of end user groups including government agencies, bank operations centers, call centers, computer rooms, open office areas, professional and corporate offices.

 

Because of our experience with both landlords and tenants, we are thoroughly familiar with the issues relating to flexible provisions for anticipating various user groups.
