Commissioning Engineer
Responsible for providing commissioning services for new and existing buildings. Candidates should possess an understanding of building systems operational requirements, MEP design, and maintenance considerations as well as knowledge of EMS/BAS/ATC sufficient to troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions. Experience in the following areas are a plus: sustainable-high performance facilities, previous commissioning experience, commissioning industry certification. A Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
Electrical Power Distribution Design Engineer
Electrical responsibilities include the design of low and medium voltage power distribution systems, including double ended switchgear, diesel generators, and UPS systems. Will also be responsible for electrical and lighting layout and design, signaling systems design (Fire Alarm, TV, Data), lighting and voltage drop calculations, editing project specifications, engineering support and quality control reviews for multi-project programs. National Electrical Code and various national building codes knowledge will be required. National Electrical Code and various national building code knowledge a must. Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) registration is required. A Professional Engineering (PE) license is desirable.
Field Representative
Responsible for field construction observation requiring knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Design, and Building Systems concepts. Responsible for coordination of efforts with project trades, Engineering, Architects, Contractors, and Owners. Will also coordinate shop drawing reviews, perform cost estimates, and assist in negotiation of change orders. The position requires strong interpersonal and communications skills for effective integration and coordination of field construction activities.
Fire Protection Engineer
Working with a multi-disciplined engineering team providing analytical and design services of commercial, institutional, and government clients, the selected individual serves as subject matter specialist in fire protection engineering. Responsibilities will include overseeing fire protection design practices for detection, alarm, and sprinkler systems.Will also be responsible for the assessment of materials and product hazard analysis.Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) registration is required. A Professional Engineering (PE) license is desirable.
Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer
Responsibilities include HVAC concept designs, design modifications, space and air flow calculations, editing project specifications, engineering support and quality control reviews for multi-project programs. Will provide technical leadership in the design of mechanical/HVAC commercial building systems to include: heat gain/loss calculations; application of building codes in the design of building systems including air handling equipment, chiller, and boiler room layout; selection of terminal equipment for buildings using various vendor based programs; preparation of detailed and conceptual specifications and cost estimates; and field survey of existing building mechanical systems.

Plumbing Designer
Responsible for performing technical design layout of plumbing systems for various building systems. Must be proficient in Auto Cad drafting and possess thorough knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and major national plumbing codes.Certified Plumbing Design (CPD) registration preferred.
