New Corporate Office Building & Communications DesignThis project
consisted of a new 135,000 sq.ft. corporate office building and tenant
fit-up of 65,000 sq.ft. in the existing office building and corporate
technology center.
The new office building incorporates a campus main
communications distribution facility serving a campus fiber optic backbone
and a 3,000 pair copper telephone system backbone that is extended to the
existing buildings. Both backbones are designed with redundant paths
and will be integrated into the previously stand-alone horizontal
communications systems in the existing buildings.
