Presented to H.F. Lenz Company by the Consulting Engineers Council of
Pennsylvania for the retrofit and upgrade of a 25-year-old central
heating/cooling plant. The space served by the equipment was increased
by 280% and resulted in $42,000 in savings in annual operating costs.
Construction was completed two months ahead of schedule and 21% below the
estimated budget. |

the complex.
