H.F. Lenz Company participated in a site analysis for the selection of a 30-acre site for the construction of a new museum storage facility for the NPS  National Capitol Region.  The entire tract of 321 acres was analyzed to determine which portions were most suitable for the proposed use .  The evaluation took into account topography, hydrology, geotechnical issues, environmental contaminants, site access, development of utility systems, access to existing utilities, impact on natural and historic resources, impact on historic viewshed, aesthetics, and sustainable design.
