First Year Residence Hall
H.F. Lenz Company provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire
protection/life safety, civil/site, utilities, telecommunications, and LEEDTM
certification engineering services for this new residence hall which was
constructed to meet the growing demand for on-campus housing. The
building includes a laundry room, kitchen and dining room for special
events, a recreation room, mailroom, and 24 lounges and study areas.
The hall was completed in April, 2003. |
