Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum
Altoona, Pennsylvania

The Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum was expanded in conjunction with the National Park Service.  H.F. Lenz Company provided Title I, II, and III services for the restoration/renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic Pennsylvania Railroad structure, the Master Mechanic's Building.  Constructed in 1882, the four-story, 40,000 sq.ft. building is eligible for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places.  It is one of the few Pennsylvania railroad structures that remain in Altoona.
