Presented to the H.F. Lenz Company for the telecommunications and
engineering design services for a new state-of-the-art facility to support
Mellon Financial Corporation's high-intensity processing functions.
The Client Service Center also serves as a reliable back-up facility for
Mellon's entire corporate headquarters.

The communications infrastructure - one of the largest corporate
campus installations in the country |

The optical fiber cabling pathways were bored through solid bedrock
using a directional drilling technology never before performed to this
magnitude in an urban environment |

The electrical service comprises all six utility feeders available in
the Central Business District - providing a unique and highly redundant
electrical system |

The building has the highest elevator capacity in the "Golden
Triangle" |

The extensive computer-modeled energy and life cycle cost analysis -
the annual energy use estimates were incorporated into an economic
analysis program, developed by the H.F. Lenz Company, which considers
utility rates and contract terms, first costs, energy usage, and operating
and maintenance costs |
